The purpose of these groups are to support Young People and give them tools which they can use to help themselves with the recovery process.
We always have a variety of topics and we always aim to make our groups fun and stress free.
We have some guidelines at our groups to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable.
- Respect people’s differences and opinions – you all struggle with different issues and are here for different reasons
- Please do not discuss diets, weight, calories, exercise, or any other triggering topics
- Please do not expect a miracle cure- we cannot tell you what to do, but can support you to find your own answers.
