At First Steps ED, we understand eating disorders because we’ve been there. Our charity was founded on the experiences of people living with, recovering from, or caring for someone with an eating disorder or related mental health challenges.

We offer free, early intervention support and advice to anyone struggling with eating difficulties. Our services work alongside the NHS and other local health groups to help you get the right support in your community.
