Amy raises £9,301 for First Steps ED
Amy Hudson cycles 2000km to raise money for First Steps ED
From the 1st – 8th September Amy and Kyle cycled 2000km home from Italy. Starting at the Pinarello Factory in Treviso, via the Pinarello shop in London, where Amy held a mental health/ endurance cycling talk before cycling back to Derby on the final day of the trip.
The weekend before the event on the 24th August, 12 riders joined Amy & Kyle cycling 100 miles as a warm up for their event.
Amy chose First Steps ED as her charity of choice for 2024, as we supported Amy & her sister in the past when they had been affected by eating disorders and Amy previously worked here too.
Amy hoped to raise £1,000 for us, but with generous support from across the world, smashed the target coming in at £9,301 plus Gift Aid.
We’d like to thank everyone involved in supporting Amy and Kyle on their ride, all the donors who contributed and for Amy for choosing First Steps ED. You can find out more about Amy’s Cycling Adventures here
