Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2020 will run from 2-8 March. This week is a great opportunity to increase knowledge and understanding of eating disorders, share stories about recovery and to put a stop to myths.

In 2019, First Steps visited a total of 230 schools and GP surgeries across Derbyshire to raise awareness about eating disorders and how to best support those suffering.

There are lots of ways to get involved during Eating Disorders Awareness Week. This could be helping us fundraise or simply by sharing posts on social media with the aim of getting more people talking about eating disorders.

If you would like to get involved in helping First Steps, either during EDAW or any time, please register your interest here.
